​Return Policy

At YOCHAK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new leather wallet. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns within [30] days of the delivery date.

​To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that natural variations in leather grain or slight color differences are characteristics of genuine leather and are not considered defects.
​How to Initiate a Return:

  2. ​We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return shipping address.
  3. ​Securely pack the item and ship it back to us. (Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [5-7] business days.
